Is Savvi a payment gateway or card processor?

Savvi is not a payment gateway or card processor. Savvi is a workflow software solution enabling a better customer experience, team productivity, and revenue performance. Savvi users connect their Stripe account during the onboarding process. If you need to create a new Stripe account please check that your business complies with Stripe's terms before connecting to Savvi, including restricted activities.

How much does Savvi charge?

Savvi's basic functionality is free. Stripe's fees are charged separately by Stripe. These costs are listed on the Stripe website. Savvi fees are charged for premium functionality and higher transaction volumes.

How do I sign up?

Join the Savvi waitlist here. Savvi connects directly to your Stripe account. If you don't have a Stripe account yet, you can sign up for a Stripe account here in a few minutes.

How do Savvi payment links work?

You simply enter an amount, customer name, order number, and description to generate a payment link. You can send the link to your customer via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or whichever way suits you best. Once your customer clicks on the payment link, they are shown a payment screen where the payment can be completed. Once completed, the payment is processed via your connected Stripe account.

You can start a subscription plan whenever you are logged into Savvi via your trial account. Just reach out to the sales and support team via the help button on the navigation bar.

Can I upgrade my existing Savvi plan?

You can upgrade your plan whenever you are logged into Savvi. Just reach out to the sales and support team via the help button on the navigation bar.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving the team 30 days notice via the in-app messenger. Simply click on the help button in the app. Please note that annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
